Stained Glass Windows at Sharon Baptist Church in Rural Retreat, VA

In 2017, Laws Stained Glass Studios installed (8) opalescent glass windows at Sharon Baptist Church in Rural Retreat, VA. The six windows (size 36" wide x 71" high) each had a red cross. The two small windows (size 19" wide x 37" high) did not have any artwork.

Laws began the installation by removing the existing metal frames and glass. New dark bronze aluminum frames were installed into the brick opening. The leaded opalescent glass windows were set on the interior portion of the frame. On the outside, Laws placed 1/4" Lucite acrylic as the protective covering.
